OK - we are signed up. What's next??

Your PAL Coaching staff will start putting together contact information and submitting team registration information to the ENSA League. Due to PAL Basketball and PAL rules we will not start practicing until early March.

Although our teams are Saint Albert teams we will be playing in a League that does require player registrations. Here is some key information that we will need to get everyone registered is - did the student play on a soccer team in the fall? (Examples: CBYSA, CBFC or another club). Date of Birth - we need this for the state to register the player. Email addresses - it is critical for communication that we have everyone's email address.

If you have any questions or if you have not already provided email address, DOB or any other information please email PAL Soccer Director Paul Cox at

We will have a player / parent / coaches pre-season meeting to finalize all registration items toward the end of February. At that time we will collect registration forms - see link below, collect league fees, collect multiple roster forms (For any player that will be on two teams this spring), collect copies of birth certificates for players and hand out uniforms.

PAL Soccer General Information

The Saint Albert PAL soccer program is designed for 6th, 7th & 8th Grade boys and girls of all skill levels that would like to play soccer with their classmates. Typically we have one or two boy's teams and girl's teams although that is subject to change depending on the number of players that sign up. We will not turn away any player wishing to participate.

All teams will play in the ENSA league and will be placed in the U14, U13 or U12 age groups for Division 2. Generally we will play 7 to 9 games (generally one game per week) and we will practice two days per week.

Please contact Paul Cox, PAL Director, at pcox@harwoodservices.com if you have any additional questions.
