Registration Information and Forms


We need to have the following information AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to complete the registration process!

Required Registration forms and information

  • Registration Form - see link below for form

  • Copy of the player's birth certificate (unless they played soccer in the Fall of 2009)

  • League Fees - $75.00

  • Uniform Deposit - $35.00 (seperate checks please)

For ALL players that will play on both a Saint Albert Team and another soccer team in the spring we have to have this form to complete your registration.
